大温地产局(REBGV)发布了2019年6月的地产销售报告。先来看总体数据:2019年6月,大温总共卖出2077套房屋,相比于今年5月的2638套,下降了21.3%;和去年同期的2425套相比,下降的14.4%不算多;但和近十年6月份的销量平均值相比,则下降了34.7%。2019年6月的销售数据,也是2000年以来6月份单月的最低点。
